Contracts Ratified at Pepsi (Columbia), Toyota, Whiting & Turner

June 22, 2022 | Members at Pepsi (Columbia) ratified a four-year contract providing pay raises across the board, increases the employer contribution to members’ pension plan, maintains Health & Welfare, and adds Juneteenth as an additional holiday. Other gains include the reduction by one year to the wage progression to top scale, and contractual language improvements benefiting the members.

Toyota Teamsters approved a new three-year contract providing increases in wages and pension contributions and maintenance of members’ Health & Welfare. The agreement also provides that the employer will pay to continue coverage for those enrolled under the current retiree plan.

Whiting & Turner members ratified a new collective bargaining agreement providing increased wages and pension, improvements to their vacation benefit, and maintenance of Health & Welfare. The contract has a four-year term.

American Red Cross Update: A ratification vote on the new national contract will be scheduled once two Local Unions finish negotiations for their local agreements. Stay tuned.

Negotiations continue for successor contracts at Cloverland Dairy and Forman.
