Kevin William McDermott was the longtime principal officer and devoted member of Teamsters Local Union No. 570. A true Teamster in every sense, Kevin dedicated his life to the union, to his brothers and sisters, and to the principles of solidarity and service.

He was a mentor to many, a loyal friend to all, and a man full of energy and purpose. Kevin had a presence that could be felt the moment he entered a room—commanding yet welcoming, passionate yet genuine. His leadership, wisdom, and unwavering commitment left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Kevin’s legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched, the members he guided, and the union he proudly served. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
