Jan. 4, 2022 | WORKERS’ RIGHTS | The NLRB has ruled that a Connecticut McDonald’s franchisee unlawfully fired workers for union activity in 2020. The franchisee furloughed many employees with the onset of COVID-19 and called them all back to work a few weeks later, except for four union supporters.
